Gokulam signs two foreigners

Panaji, January 9: Gokulam Kerala FC has bolstered their attack with two foreign forwards on Wednesday. Gokulam has signed Trinidad and Tobago striker Marcus Leric Jr Joseph and Ghanaian player Charles Teiko Folley for the ongoing I-League season.

Marcus Joseph is a prolific goal scorer and has represented his country in all the age groups. The 27-year-old has only played in the Trinidad and Tobago Pro League and this will be his first outing outside his home country. Marcus has replaced Joel Sunday, who was on loan with Gokulam Kerala FC.

Another player signed by Gokulam is the 30-year-old Ghanaian player Charles Teiko Folley. He has played for various clubs in Cyprus and Egypt.

“These two players are good goal scorers and I hope this will solve our problem upfront. We were not able to exert ourselves in the final third and these players can create chances and also score goals. We were searching such players and we hope they would be a good signing,” said Bino George, the head coach of Gokulam Kerala FC.

Gokulam Kerala FC faces Churchill Brothers SC in Goa on January 10. The match will be telecast live on hotstar and jiotv live. The club is also expected to sign another foreigner in the coming week to add more threat upfront.

I’m sorry if this will be a disrespect to the management and the technical team of this great club.
What i know is, identifying your problem is half solved, it’s evident the technical team do not know the problem of the team.
what do we think would be the major problem if a club play 11 matches, score 15 goals and concede 18 goals.
I can’t stand anywhere and say Karela has a great attack but let’s first consider what we need most.
Real Kashmir has scored same (15) goals as Karela has scored but the points difference between the two clubs is wide, can we ask ourselves why?
Every department of the team is very important.
    Greetings from Ghana
