Refund & Returns Policy

1. No Refund Policy (Tickets)
Please note that once a ticket for a Gokulam Kerala FC match has been purchased, tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all ticket types, including but not limited to:

3. Ticket Transfer and Exchange
As part of our ticketing policy, tickets are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for other events or matches once purchased. We encourage fans to confirm their attendance before purchasing tickets to avoid any inconvenience.
4. Unauthorized Ticket Resale
Tickets purchased for Gokulam Kerala FC matches are strictly for personal use. Reselling tickets at a higher price than the face value is prohibited. Tickets that are found to have been resold through unauthorized channels may be voided without refund or replacement.
5. Lost or Stolen Tickets
Gokulam Kerala FC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If you lose your ticket or if it is stolen, please contact our ticketing team for assistance. However, we regret that no replacements will be issued, and tickets will not be refunded.
6. Digital and Online Tickets
For tickets purchased online or via mobile apps, please ensure that your digital ticket is accessible on your device. Digital tickets cannot be refunded or replaced, and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that the device and app used for ticket access are functioning properly.
7. Fan Conduct and Entry Denial
If a ticket holder is denied entry to a match due to violations of venue rules or disruptive behavior, no refund will be issued. Fans are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the stadium’s rules and regulations before attending matches.
8. Changes to the Refund Policy
Gokulam Kerala FC reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated on our official website and social media channels.
9. Merchandise & eCommerce Refund Policy
For fans purchasing physical merchandise through the official Gokulam Kerala FC online store, we offer a dedicated returns and exchange process to ensure satisfaction. All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process & Instructions: To initiate a return or exchange for eCommerce orders, you must submit a request on our contact page at https://gokulamkeralafc.com/contact/. Under the department dropdown, please select “Ecommerce/Booking”. Once your request is acknowledged, please send the physical package to the following address:

Important: You must keep all tags and the shipping label inside the package when returning the item.
Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for standard returns. Please note that original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), Gokulam Kerala FC will cover the return shipping costs.
Wrong Delivery Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct, complete, and secure shipping address during the checkout process. Gokulam Kerala FC is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued for the products or the shipping charges if a delivery fails due to a wrong or incomplete address.
Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
