Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] dispatches physical goods such as merchandise. It does not apply to digital items, event tickets or other access passes, which are delivered electronically and are covered by our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions instead.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to physical products dispatched by us. Where a product is drop-shipped by a named supplier working for us, we will name the supplier and the supplier’s own shipping terms apply to the final leg of the journey.
2. Processing time
Orders placed before [CUTOFF TIME] on a business day are usually processed within [PROCESSING WINDOW] business days. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a public holiday or at a weekend are processed on the next business day. Personalised or custom-printed items take longer; the additional time is shown on the product page. During a sale or a festive period, processing may take up to [PEAK WINDOW] business days.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are working estimates in business days counted from dispatch, not from the day you order. Estimates are not guaranteed. Typical estimates are:
- Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3 to 6 business days
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations: 6 to 10 business days
- International: 7 to 21 business days, excluding customs clearance
4. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders above [FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD] delivered within India ship free. We reserve the right to change our shipping rates, and we will always show the charge before you commit to an order.
5. Tracking
We email a tracking link as soon as the courier collects your parcel. You can also find your tracking reference in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If a parcel is more than [TRACKING STALE WINDOW] business days without any movement, contact us and we will raise a trace with the courier.
6. Failed and returned deliveries
A parcel is returned to us if the courier cannot deliver it, for example because the address is incomplete, the phone number is unreachable, or nobody is available to receive it. Where a parcel is returned, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or cancellation. We may deduct the original delivery charge and any re-delivery cost from any refund of a returned order.
7. International orders
Where we ship internationally, any customs duty, import tax, VAT or handling fee is payable by you on delivery and is not included in our price. We ship on a delivered-duty-unpaid basis. If a parcel is held, returned or destroyed by customs, we are not obliged to refund the item, although we will offer to re-ship it once the duty is settled where stock allows. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
8. Damage, shortage or incorrect items
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, is missing from the order, or is not what you ordered, tell us within [CLAIM WINDOW] days of delivery with your order number, photographs of the packaging and the item, and the labels on the parcel. We aim to resolve claims within [CLAIM RESOLUTION WINDOW] business days, by replacement, repair or refund as appropriate. Claims made after the window may be declined, though we will always consider genuine damage on its merits.
9. Prohibited destinations
We do not ship to destinations subject to sanctions, embargoes or export restrictions, and we may refuse or cancel an order where we cannot lawfully ship to an address. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
