1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a BATTALIA account, enter any prize draw or accept these terms. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate. Accounts may not be created on behalf of another person, and one person may hold only one account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms, and we will tell you why.
We verify your email address with a one-time code during sign-up. We also use your mobile number for match alerts, ticket delivery and account security. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Points, levels and badges
BATTALIA issues points for eligible activity such as match check-ins, challenges, quizzes and referrals. Points, levels and badges are a loyalty benefit, not money, and hold no cash value. They cannot be sold, bought, transferred, pledged or exchanged for cash, and they may be forfeited if we detect abuse, collusion, automated traffic or dishonest play.
Point values and qualifying activity may change from season to season. Points earned in a season do not carry over unless we expressly say so.
5. Fan challenges
Challenges are games of skill and knowledge offered for points. We may change, suspend or withdraw any challenge at any time. Where a challenge is withdrawn we will credit any points already earned against it. Automated entry, multiple accounts, bot traffic and third-party tools are prohibited and may result in disqualification and account closure.
6. Rewards and redemption
Rewards such as merchandise, experiences and ticket allocations are subject to availability, are offered while stocks last, and are governed by the specific terms shown with each reward. We may substitute an equivalent item of equal value if a reward becomes unavailable. Reward claims may be refused where we reasonably believe a claim is fraudulent or a points balance was obtained improperly.
Unless a reward is expressly stated to be refundable, rewards are not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless we agree in writing.
7. Leaderboards
Public leaderboards show fan names or masked names and point totals. Rankings reflect activity recorded by our systems and are not final. We may correct, remove or re-rank entries where we detect an error or abuse. You can ask us to remove your name from a public leaderboard by writing to [SUPPORT EMAIL], and we will normally do so within a reasonable time.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the site or BATTALIA to: post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, threatening or offensive material; infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; scrape, overload or disrupt the service; upload malware; impersonate anyone; or circumvent any technical restriction.
9. Purchases, tickets and merchandise
Where you buy match tickets, memberships or merchandise through the site, our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms and apply to that purchase. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will give you the chance to cancel at a corrected price.
10. Intellectual property
The site, the BATTALIA name and logo, our fixtures, club marks, photography, videos, artwork, text and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Club names, badges and player likenesses may not be used to imply endorsement.
11. Availability and third-party links
We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. The site may link to third-party websites that we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except where we cannot lawfully exclude liability, the site and BATTALIA are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and merchantability.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of expected savings, loss of data, or damage to goodwill arising from your use of the site or BATTALIA. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to [LIABILITY CAP].
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
